All UK orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 12 noon Mon-Thu and arrive within 2 working days of dispatch; this is however subject to Royal Mail and not guaranteed. If there is any reason for a delay such as the breeding cycle meaning that a certain food is shedding or hatching we will contact you straight away to let you know when you can expect your order.

Best for luve food

I use this store to order live food for my bearded dragon and Tarantulas. Both the price is great for what you get and the quality is great. Unlike other retailers the live food does not arrive dehydrated and starved- they appear to alive gut loaded and ready to go.

This is the only store I've bought from without half the live food arriving dead. Particularly calcium worms. Often when ordering online a food 1/3 of calci worms arrive dead. In 3 orders I've only had about 5 dead calci worms out of around 400 in total which is amazing.

My bearded dragon can be picky in eating...but she can't resist a silk worm and with them being slower moving and they don't burrow they're perfect for those days she's refusing to eat.

Additionally just to add the communication with the store is very good if there's issues with your order.

Value for money

Packing was great. Never ordered live feed online before as I was sceptical, due to bad reviews. So glad I did. All arrived perfectly, definitely recommend Silkworm Store. Will be ordering more items again
