Please note that the minimum order value to qualify for the New Subscription Pack is £15, including shipping.
If you’ve had a subscription with us before, don’t worry—you can still get yours by doing the following: Recommend us to a friend, and when they sign up using the code NEWBIE, they just need to mention your name in the checkout notes. As a thank-you for spreading the word, we’ll send you a New Subscription Pack too!

Absolutely! We run a poll each month in our Facebook group for customers to take a vote on what you would like to receive for the upcoming months rewards. We offer some very exclusive, subscriber only subscription rewards, decor pieces, seasons items, high value livefood, supplements and more.. You will receive an email with each order as you qualify for the different rewards to inform you that they have been packed with your order 🙂
This is all done automatically for you! We currently have 3 tiers, £20 overall monthly item spend (thats just £5 per week on livefood). £40 and £50 rewards.
When/If you reach the monthly spend which qualifies you for the subscription rewards, they will be automatically added to your renewal and you will see the rewards on your subscription renewal email.
Please note that when you qualify for a reward, the system will not add this rewards again for you until 30 days after your last reward was redeemed, to ensure that rewards are received monthly for qualifying orders.
Absolutely! You can order some livefood to order once per week and others to arrive, fortnightly or maybe monthly. Whatever works best for you.
Just choose the shipping frequency (i.e every week, 2 weeks or month, when adding items to your cart).
We can also offer any period of renewals that you may like if you want something more customised to your needs. We can also change the renewal frequency of an existing subscription too.
The rewards are calculated by our system looking up the order spend in the previous 30 days for every time a subscription order comes to us, not by spend per calendar month, this way we make sure that your rewards are calculated over 30 days regardless of when you place your order.
You will receive a confirmation email when a subscription order/renewal comes to us, we will then ship your order right away (shipping days are Mon-Thu with a 1PM same day cut off). We send orders via Royal Mail 24 Tracked unless you choose a next day express option. All being well with Royal Mail you can expect your order to arrive the following day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is dispatched each time too.
No problem! When you place your Livefood Subscription order, simply put a note on the order at the checkout for any specific requirements you have and we will take care of that for you.
Its very simple to skip a shipment if you need to, just access your subscription from the ‘my account’ dashboard and when viewing your subscriptions simply choose to ‘skip next delivery’ and your next order wont be sent, or charged for.
